Ezcosplay E-Gift Card

Question 1: How do E-gift cards work?
A: Gift card is an alphanumeric code, consisting of letters and numbers, like BIRTHDAY_DF627. It can be applied at the cart/checkout to cover the order total. A virtual gift card is just an email-sent code like virtual products. it has no weight, there is no physical inventory and it cannot be shipped. E-gift card can cover both a purchase and a shipping.

Question 2: How does the recipient receive an e-gift card?
A: We will send your e-gift card by email, your recipient receives an email notifying them about your gift.

Question 3: Are there any additional fees associated with the e-gift card?
A: There are no additional fees associated with the e-gift card. You will only be charged the value of the e-gift card, and we will not impose any other fees.

Question 4: Where can the e-gift card be redeemed?
A: On the billing page, enter the E-Gift Card 19 digit number code. You can also check the balance of your EGift card online, and use the E-Gift Card to make full, or partial payments online at ezcosplay.com.

Question 5: If I return an item purchased with E-Gift Card, can you credit my credit card instead?
A: No. All returns are credited in the original form of payment.

Question 6: Return Policy and Product Exceptions?
A: The E-Gift Card are not returnable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check, credit, or payment on any credit or loan account nor Tool Rental deposits.

Question 7: How will I receive my refund if my purchase was made with a E-Gift Card and credit card?
A: If you purchased an item using your Gift Card and credit card together, the amount you paid with your Gift Card will be put back onto a Gift Card. Any additional monies paid by a credit card will be refunded to your credit card.

Question 8: Can I buy an E-Gift Card for myself?
A: Yes. To do so, enter your own email address in the "Recipient Email" fields, and enter your own name as the recipient name. Complete the transaction normally. When you receive your e-Gift Card alert (via email), follow the instructions in the message to retrieve and redeem your e-Gift Card.

Question 9: When is the E-Gift Card sent to the recipient?
A: The E-Gift Card alert message is sent to the recipient on the date you choose. The delivery date is pre-set to the current date, so if you do not select a different date, the alert message is sent on the same day as your purchase, within hours or sooner after your transaction is complete.

Question 10: When does the E-Gift Card expire?
A: There is no expiration date on your E-Gift Card.

Question 11: How do I check my E-Gift Card balance?
A: You may check the available balance on your Ezcosplay E-Gift Card in one of two ways: 1) ask a ezcosplay customer to check the balance for you 2) Check your balance online at ezcosplay.com by login.
