Lets start with the first. On my very first convention, 2010, I really wanted to cosplay. I took some old clothing I had and made them into a Sakura cosplay, from the anime Naruto. This was the only anime I knew back then.

My lastest cosplay is Simba from the lionking. I did this cosplay together with Akurocosplay, who did scar.We made the costumes and styled the wigs. The make-up is done by Chanco cosplay. photographers: Winterman photography and Designy Cosphoto.

Simba must have been one of the most fun characters I have done so far. It's fluffy, comfortable and everyone wants to have a hug (or a scratch, since the nails on the claws where kinda sharp :P)

My frist and last costume: When i cosplayed Zell i did not know how to sew. Small alterations have been made to existing clotes. I did some handsewing but that was it. No wig and apart from the tatoo no make-up. My Vaan costume was made from scratch. Sewing leahter, painting fabrics, hand crafted armor and axe prop wearing make-up and contacts. Alot has changed in 11 years. With this costume I won a prize. Being the dutch solo representative at the ECG - Euro Cosplay Gathering in Paris.
